Reservations: Requires a 50% deposit of entire rental fee. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. If a security deposit for phone and/or damages is required it will be with the final payment. By submitting the deposit the guests agree to the cancellation policies and all other stipulations as stated on our web site or brochures for each individual property. Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation policies are firm and as follows: During any cancellation, a $250 non-refundable fee will be charged, in addition to: 120-90 days prior to arrival = money received is 80% refundable. 89-60 days prior to arrival = money received is 40% refundable. 59-0 days prior to arrival = money received is NOT REFUNDABLE. In the event the property is rented for the exact same period and for the exact same price, you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee. Accommodations: In the unlikely event the property becomes unavailable after a deposit or payments are received, all monies will be fully refunded and reasonable assistance will be offered to the best of our ability to find other similar accommodations.
